The interior project for the common areas within the residential complex draws inspiration from the building's location in a district established in the late 60s, following the historic first moon landing. The streets are named after astronauts or are associated with space exploration, reflecting the district's history of providing free housing for engineers and researchers in astronautics. The concept development centers around using the unique location as a guiding principle. The design embraces functional housing, incorporating essential infrastructure within the building. Post the extensive COVID-19 lockdown, subscription services have been integrated, offering residents convenience with grocery store & bakery, a food court, fitness facilities, coworking space, parcel lockers for contactless delivery, and common spaces.
Team: The project was developed as part of the architectural bureau Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners.
